Perry Homes NSW. Good or Bad?

This may be too late for you ( I only recently discovered this web site and am absolutely loving the honesty and ideas people have!) We have been in negotiations for MONTHS with Perry Homes and overall are very disappointed with the lack of customer focus. We have waited WEEKS at a time with absolutely no contact regarding our questions, changes, ideas etc. In this day and age, shooting an email or sending a text is not that hard, and would be appreciated. Although the Contracts were sent to us before we were actually ready for them, we were prepared to sign IF the information was a) legible b) correct c) unambiguous d) relevant to our contract. Decisions were made without asking us, and caused flow-on problems. Unless it becomes them building OUR house, not just building a house, we will go elsewhere. They have not given us the confidence to continue the building journey. It is purely OUR opinion, OUR experience.
