At the moment the max we can do with the way the block is set out is 3.3x2.6 with built in wardrobe (additional room for those covered), which is feel is really small. My land is 10.5m frontage, and I made both of my minor bedrooms 3x3m minimum. How many rooms are there? Depend how big the rest of the house is... What is your total land size?
