Hi all, please help me understand the process of requesting tender months before registration. Our land is supposed to be registered in Sep 2017 but realistically i think it will be mid 2018 (preparing for the worst case scenario). We are thinking of requesting tender from Fowler Homes as we love their designs, love their inclusion, flexibility in modifying designs, free tender request and fixed price site cost option.
Now please help me understand how does tender work prior registration? Whatever they quote us on tender, is that gonna change after registration?
What things we should include or keep in mind?
And what things should we ask them to include in tender?
What are the costs we have to face in addition to what had been quoted in tender? How can we avoid additional cost later on?
Any suggestions would be really helpful as we have no idea of how we should work out the tender thing
