Watersun homes has been forced to shut shop, over 300 homes have been left unfinished, deposits were still been taken last week, company couldn't finish builds due to insufficient funds, trades and customers left devastated, effecting geelong area and many other parts of Victoria, full story can be found on page 3 of The Geelong Advertiser.

Yes it's really shocking. I feel for all those involved including staff(not management I'm sure they knew it was coming) at watersun I'm sure they were as shocked as everyone once the announcement was made. Hopefully there can be a reasonable outcome that doesn't leave people homeless and broke

This is not news to me. We've been trying to dealing with Watersun since our house was handed over incomplete a year ago and they stopped returning calls 6 months ago. They have a stream of staff leaving for a while now.. We'd heard that suppliers weren't being paid so I reckon the writing has been on the wall for a while..
So much for being a Master Builder. That endorsement provides nothing to customers. It's a disgrace.
