When did you purchase your lot and which stage is it in? My partner and I purchased in February 2017 and were initially advised of a mid 2018 registration. Our lot was originally for sale in September 2016. Re: The Avenues Land Release at Austral NSW 2179 26Feb 19, 2018 9:43 pm Hi there, We purchased it August last year, however the lot was from stage 1B. We were told last quarter of 2018 would be the registration. It was confirmed again in Dec’17. Thanks. Re: The Avenues Land Release at Austral NSW 2179 27Feb 19, 2018 10:03 pm Thanks Sauvan, our lot was from Stage 1A. Will let you know if I get any further updates. Re: The Avenues Land Release at Austral NSW 2179 29Mar 01, 2018 11:10 am I just checked with the solicitor and they advised that the estimated registration date is early 2019. I am in Stage 2. Re: The Avenues Land Release at Austral NSW 2179 30Mar 05, 2018 7:05 pm Hi all, looks like Stage 5 is now for sale. They’ve updated the website too: www.theavenuesaustral.com.au. Re: The Avenues Land Release at Austral NSW 2179 31Mar 05, 2018 7:06 pm My partner and I visited the site yesterday and they’re in the process of pulling down the existing chicken sheds. I can’t wait to see more progress in the coming months! Re: The Avenues Land Release at Austral NSW 2179 33Mar 21, 2018 10:43 am Have you guys keep tracking of the DA process for the subdivision? Last time we check that they have not got the approval yet. Can they start the construction with the council approval? Re: The Avenues Land Release at Austral NSW 2179 34Mar 21, 2018 10:56 am I just checked the DA and it looks like it has been approved on 8th Mar, nice progress.. Re: The Avenues Land Release at Austral NSW 2179 38Apr 23, 2018 11:42 am Hi All, I'm new to this forum and hope someone from this thread can shed some light. I'm planning to buy a lot from Stage 5 release (Reg- Sep-2019). The lot price is comparatively cheap (322Sqm - 399K). There are 22 lots and they are right in-front of the previous release. The question i have is, there are Two existing residential properties right in-front of these new lots so, are there any risks involved or should i be worried about anything before i buy a lot ? (Attached is the new lot plan.) Thanks In advance Dim Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: The Avenues Land Release at Austral NSW 2179 39Apr 23, 2018 7:57 pm Dim Hi All, I'm new to this forum and hope someone from this thread can shed some light.
