This range is quite special on the market containing lots of upgraded items compared with other volume builders. The final floor plan contains 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a double garage. List of some amazing standard inclusions: -Ground floor 2730mm, upper floor 2590mm -Brivis ducted heating + add-on air conditiong as standard -Boutique butt jointed corner windows in living room, study and master bedroom -Botuique black aluminum Bi-fold door to living room -Botuique black aluminum Bi-fold window pantry -Hard wood stairs + clear 12mm glass balustrade -Smeg kitchen appliances including 2 multiplication ovens, 1 steam oven, in-build coffee machine , 900mm induction cooktop, in-build dishwasher ,rangehood and warming drawers ( a bit crazy ) -Gloss cabinet door panel in kitchen - 2340mm high x 1200mm wide pivot front, flush panel entry door -Flyscreens and window locks to all openable windows -20mm Caesarstone benchtop all over -Sink and mixer in pantry -free standing bath in Master ENS -Around 60% upper floor outer wall is made of brick not foam. -35sqm alfresco area The basic price is 474k the time I paid deposit (early 2016). I was very happy with most of the inclusions but of course, some upgrades have to be made. Here are the list: 1,Structure change: -Change ground floor study room to guest bedroom with WIR. -Change ground floor Powder room to a bathroom -Move Alfresco to the lounge side due to my land's size/shape -Build a plaster wall with a big glass fix glass window between master room and its ENS. The ENS is an open space in the standard floor plan. -Make a long WIR (8 meters) in Master bedroom -Relocate some voids on level 1 -Reduce one ENS and make two bedrooms to share one bigger bathroom on level 1 2,Upgraded internal items: -Matted black tapware to all four bathrooms -tiles floor to ceiling for all bathrooms with upgraded tiles for master ENS and guest bathroom. -villeroy and boch toliets for all bathrooms. Caroma tube 500 above counter basins for master ENS -Pull-out multinational kitchen mixer to island benchtop -Cat 6 carpet with dunlop ultimate carpet underlay on level 1 -Double glazed glass to all openable windows except for butt-joint window -fully rendered front facade -Use Miele kitchen appliance instead of Smeg. Do you mind me asking how much they're charging for your upgrade to double glazing? You've done well keeping it under $550k!
