Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 24, 2017 1:49 pm Hi lovely members, we are looking into the lot that faces north-east at its frontage and south west at the rear. The DA subdivision proposal map shows vehicular crossing/ driveway on the right of frontage which faces north. So all narrow-block house designs have living area/ long glass doors on the opposite side (left to the garage) facing south. Is it permissible to flip the driveway side to the left of our frontage? As in the first photo showing the driveway crossing the road into the plot on the right. Yellow line is where I want the drive and the garage too. Would the CDC/DA allow this change?
