Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 24, 2017 1:49 pm Hi lovely members, we are looking into the lot that faces north-east at its frontage and south west at the rear. The DA subdivision proposal map shows vehicular crossing/ driveway on the right of frontage which faces north. As in the first photo showing the driveway crossing the road into the plot on the right. Yellow line is where I want the drive and the garage too. Would the CDC/DA allow this change?
