The lot just behind us (113) has got easement to their right side along the length. However in the 'basin catchment plan' there is thick black line that runs along the right side of our plot. I did not find any meaning of that symbol. The closest symbol that matches is 'drainage line, pit, headwall (photo supplied). Does it mean potential for future easement when the land is registered? I asked sales person in masterton home and fowler home, they couldn't tell me what this lines mean and how it can impact us. If it means future easement, then we wont be able to build what we r planning as its already a narrow block. If anyone knows about this please shed some light!! Future impa 4Mar 27, 2017 11:41 pm This thick dashed line is not any kind of utility or easement, in my experience I would suggest this is most likely to indicate the area the set of plans relates to and on extension the footprint of the estate stage .
