Browse Forums Building A New House 1 May 30, 2016 6:01 pm Hi everyone I thought I'd start a new post! We are building the beechwood piccolo 28. As much as I google or search on other platforms like Instagram I'm yet to find anyone that has built this home as its one of the newer ones beechwood have brought out ☺️ So I thought I'd start this post to share our progress, photos etc. Hopefully someone out there will be going through the same process and join in along the way ??? Re: Beechwood Piccolo 28 2Jun 11, 2016 12:34 am Hi there. Im building the Piccolo 31. Ive been planning this for 10months now. I had to wait for a long time as there was nothing on the facades. But now its all planned other then the kitchen and hope to sign my contact in less then 2 weeks. So we will be building before the end of july. Re: Beechwood Piccolo 28 3Jun 18, 2016 8:17 am hey guys, joining this. we are building Piccolo 31 in the The Hermitage too!!! We just received the pre-council plans yesterday. BH took quite some time to get that for us even though land registered back in April. have you got yours already @Gijayne? Re: Beechwood Piccolo 28 4Jun 18, 2016 8:20 am Kramer305 Hi there. What facade are you getting if you dont mind my asking? Also, did you still change the laundry layout? my only concern in the laundry layout is that the WM provision will be by the sliding door. im conflicted whether to remove the cabinets on the opposite end and just put the water tap and wm provision there. hmmm hehehe... Re: Beechwood Piccolo 28 12Jun 30, 2016 5:16 pm Were at Kembla Grange and we are one of 3 getting built there. There is also one getting built in Wollongong with a Cottage facade which is 50% done. I heard there is a Piccolo getting build as a display home on the North Coast. Re: Beechwood Piccolo 28 13Jun 30, 2016 7:02 pm Kramer305 Were at Kembla Grange and we are one of 3 getting built there. We have recently built with Beechwood and are looking to move onto our second build and are looking at the Piccolo 31. Has anyone made any amendments to the plans? Would love to see some of your plans! Kramer305 was your facade expensive? Have you thought of what you will have done after handover? oh my we are literally neighbors! im at Hanson Lane! we stuck to the classic facade too but we have the corner option which means we just have windows to the side of the media/theatre room. problem we are having right now is that headoffice missed to include that 'corner option' in our first draft but its definitely in our tender. have you received your first draft plans? is rendering different from moroka finish? hehe might be a very noob question... Kramer305 was your facade expensive? wow natlyn on to your second home already some of our changes - door entry changed to 1200mm - 2700mm high ceilings - coffered ceiling to entry - knocked down stair wall in media room as well as square set entry and bulkhead (we wanted to make this more of a receiving room) - removed linen shelves in laundry and moved tub, w.m. ,dryer - added window in garage i think those are the major ones Re: Beechwood Piccolo 28 19Jul 06, 2016 10:42 pm Omg!!! So would you be 2338? We are corner block too!!! We are super close because we are on the other side of the drainage thing. Yes we have our first draft plans!!
