I was up there yesterday, even though my block is miles away in stage 7. It's really looking so beautiful, and the display homes are going up at a cracking pace! I hope they can build our house that quickly!!

Alamanda Stage 3 is settled and I have my land officially yesterday.. and just found out from the council about the street number... my DH is so happy that we have a good number (i don't care actually) The only depressed news is i have another loan account being created... more debt... Oh forgot another bad news is my CSR is on urgent leave... so not sure who can follow up my building permit now.. has to call up again on Monday... Hi penny, Yeps noticed that too, looks like we've made a good investment, i guess it must be that Alamanda is in great demand, although there wasn't any campouts for last release on saturday [i]We built in Point Cook and are loving our new house. We are going out to display homes this week to have a look, we like what we've seen with Nava Homes and have been impressed with the what's included. Anyone have planned start dates in Alamanda?
