Re: Plantation Mirage Vogue Q2 Build - Mango Hill, QLD 13Jul 31, 2017 3:14 pm Hi CharlieVH, I'm also building a plantation mirage vogue Q1 in Sherwood. I'll also create a forum for my build, which hasn't started yet. I need to get the site cleared, cctv inspection, soil and contour tests and retaining wall built first. I'm interested to see how your build goes. Re: Plantation Mirage Vogue Q2 Build - Mango Hill, QLD 14Aug 01, 2017 11:21 am Good luck httpants will keep an interested eye on yours when it starts. We've had a major issue picked up by my husband and confirmed by our Independent building inspector...we requested extended 600mm eaves covering the north facing windows to give us extra shade from the strong summer sun and it turns out they are standard 450mm size meaning our whole roof is having to be re made and replaced. A delay we could do without and no real alternative offered or suggested by our stand in SS. Re: Plantation Mirage Vogue Q2 Build - Mango Hill, QLD 15Aug 01, 2017 11:42 am Hi, Did you have any issues getting capestone covenant approval over the inconsistent eaves sizes? Re: Plantation Mirage Vogue Q2 Build - Mango Hill, QLD 18Aug 14, 2017 11:11 am I've only just seen that you have a thread - your build is looking good so far, I really like the shale grey roof - realllllllly annoying though that they have to replace the whole roof with the eave stuff up! you must be so frustrated! When will they be fixing it? Very frustrating but one of those things with a new build.
