Lounge is lovely too can't wait to go shopping for a new one for our media room Re: Noosa 26 @ Cliftleigh Meadows 63Jun 02, 2017 7:59 pm Advised by email from SS late last night to expect an extension letter to arrive.. We plan to push back on them extending build time for last week and we are only 2 weeks in today. Contract was 210 days, and they are only building the house, no landscaping, driveway, not even a mailbox, just the house. Upside slab framing went in. Currently doing a draft of why they should have no right to extend. Taken more than 10 work days to notify of extension, they have known about the work required for atleast 3 weeks. Extending the time would push out PCI to the 22/12 most likely pushing out everything till 2018. They denied us site access for days 2, 3 and 4 in which no work was done as temp fence had to be up but was still missing on day 5 where we started wall, last of fence only managed to go up the Tuesday just gone. Going to be a very detailed refusal letter. Extension letter finally got emailed to us though.. replied back to Coral SS with an almost 1 and half page essay. Re: Noosa 26 @ Cliftleigh Meadows 71Jun 07, 2017 5:54 pm SS rang and seemed a little butt hurt about the letter, went on to say they are currently running on roughly 20 week builds (ours is 30 weeks), and I said I could find a few people that would beg to differ about job completion before date on contract.
