Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 06, 2017 5:57 pm Hi We have selected Grenville Henley made a few modification to the Ground floor plan, added the Shower to powder and extended the Garage. We have paid the deposit $1650 to lock the Price and to lock the promotion that they had at the time Floor covering included(Timber look laminate(looked nice) and catogery1a Carpet(crap) and a value kitchen upgrade at $990. Waiting for the Site survey and inspection to be carried out. so I can have an understanding of the Site cost which i have been told always seems to exceed the expectations(not what we want to hear). our information session is couple of weeks later. So this is what I have gathered so far Corsham -information session and 4w later Colour selection and then 4w later Tender after which the drawing will be made and then 4w later comes electrical selection - you need the inside elevation to decide on the electrical.. then comes the Contract when you will know the Fixed price of the build. Has anyone here built Grenville before, will post the progress as we go thanks Anand thanks Anand Re: Building Grenville with Henley 2Mar 09, 2017 10:27 pm Just came across this forum through a friend who suggested...I'm looking at the Grenville - mainly because of the 2 master suite's... Paid our deposit 2 weeks ago - we were told that the build could be 8-9 months away due to Henley backlog... We missed the Mainevent promo for kitchen and flooring and no other promo's so far I would love to see pictures of your build when it happens because I only have a mental map - there are not many Grenville's being built atm and the only 2 are on the other side of the city for us (Northern suburbs) _________________________________________ Regards Manj https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=88256 Re: Building Grenville with Henley 4Mar 20, 2017 9:34 pm We went for Grenville mainly that was the only plan that ticks all our boxes, 2 master suits, theatre downstairs, Butlers pantry, and the only plan that fits our lot not to deep but wide. thanks Anand Re: Building Grenville with Henley 5May 04, 2017 3:01 pm Hi Anad Have'nt been on the forum for a while the address is 27 Campaspe Street Clyde North Vic 3978 _________________________________________ Regards Manj https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=88256 Re: Building Grenville with Henley 6May 04, 2017 3:02 pm BTW after having a look at the place we have changed our mind and are now planing to build a modified Amalfi 33 _________________________________________ Regards Manj https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=88256 Re: Building Grenville with Henley 7May 05, 2017 2:40 pm Manj BTW after having a look at the place we have changed our mind and are now planing to build a modified Amalfi 33 OH what made you change your mind? How's your grenville progressing? Has the build started yet? We just paid the deposit to get the ball rolling as our land is titling very soon. Re: Building Grenville with Henley 14Oct 14, 2017 8:57 am Seriously the wait time with Henley is Horrible. this is before the build. we are regretting the why we chose to build with Henley Henley cuts corners to save money.
