Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jan 18, 2017 10:12 am Hi all, we have been given a copy of the contract to look over and sign one thing that I am not sure on is that the drawing show a verandah on ,the origanal one was on stumps with steps up, and the one we are getting will be on concrete, no steps seems the dirt will be built up around it . So my question is should the drawings in the contract show this change?
