Ask to view some homes they’ve recently built before u sign anything. Check with owners if they had problems.
any new feedback on them?
I’ve just been quoted roughly well over 700k for one of their 28 square homes which is a bit too pricey for us. So not on the cheap side at all. This was with one of their upgraded packages and estimation of our site cost being around 140k... they were also asking 5000k just to get to tender. They have some really nice designs though.
We didn’t go with them due to price, especially site costs. But they had a good inclusion package and designed a custom home for us.

We are discussing plans with Meridian homes and it is shaping up nicely. Anyone has any experience to share? Have gone through forums but no recent feedback or experience found.

Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk.

I would never build with Fowler homes. I built with them in 2021 and till date maintenance issues are pending. All their existing trades and businesses don't work with…
