Plan on building later this year.
They're a bit of a mystery! There are limited reviews I can find.
I did bump into a couple at the Craigburn Farm display village on the weekend that were very pleased with their new Regent Homes build. The display home looks nice. But I must admit, of the 6 reviews I could find on the net, only 2 were positive! This concerns me a bit.

I think I found the same reviews haha. My theory is the majority of people come onto the internet to complain not praise so with only 6 its hard to gage but it's almost half of positive reviews! Have you been to lights view? I love the void there!

Yes the lightsview display is very nice.
For those who are interested, the reviews are located here: http://reviewssa.com/regent-homes-sa-pty-ltd-adelaide/
The other reviews are on Google, but can't seem to link them.
Still wouldn't mind hearing from someone else that's built with them...

We built with them 7 years ago and have mixed views.
The build went ok with some issues, that may or may not have happened with other builders.
However they are terrible with fixing things after handover.
It would have taken around 12 months to get all of the faulty work corrected.
They simply resisted and gave the usual excuses and it was not until consumer affairs were involved that things were fixed.
My advice...AVOID them.

We recently built with them completed in end July 2016 (Henley Beach South) and have been living in the new house just a little over a year now. Our house is currently displayed on their website, they are not too bad. We have had tiny hiccups nothing major but were attended to, bearing in mind they are small family business so you can't compare to the likes of Metricon. Have also noticed a few more houses popping out with their company signs around our area so that's also another indication that people are going to them since they had their display homes at Blackwood and Lightsview.
