Your house is looking amazing and so much has happened so quickly!!!! No progress is very depressing I feel we are never even going to start but love watching others as it gives me hope Re: The Jeffery Pad - Coral Homes - QLD 422Jun 24, 2017 12:58 pm No progress is frustrating hey but great to see the cabinets have started, if it's the same guy we had he did an excellent job. Looking forward to seeing them finished Re: The Jeffery Pad - Coral Homes - QLD 424Jun 25, 2017 1:02 pm Whoop whoop just shopped for my PAX wardrobe for my WIR. Such an easy process. Follow our Build: viewtopic.php?t=85959 I changed my design 3 times to make sure i got the best use of space. Im so happy with what i come up with in the end. Im not sure of your space but I can share my design with you later when im on the pc. I started with a crn unit and 2 walls but i lost so much space behind the crn unit. To do just 1 wall of pax seemed to not utilise the small wall. So I have 2 separate units in there now with a small walk space between. I still have 1 wall with nothing which im hanging a mirror and hooks for hats and handbags Re: The Jeffery Pad - Coral Homes - QLD 428Jun 25, 2017 4:01 pm That would be great! Thank you! We have a hollywood robe so just one wall to fit out. Follow our Build: viewtopic.php?t=85959 Re: The Jeffery Pad - Coral Homes - QLD 429Jun 25, 2017 4:10 pm charlibear I wanted pax!! My ikea one $1205 just couldn't go past the price. I had coral take out the shelf and hanger which gave us a couple hundred back on the build plus the $150 voucher was a real bonus. My mum gave me $50 for my bday last week so I spent it on timber coat hangers from ikea also lol Maybe you can still talk him into it and ask gj to just not install the robe shelf and use it in a garage for storage later Hubby is also doing my wi pantry but we decided after walls went in. I have deleted my hall linen (have another double in laundry plus store room in garage) to extend the wi pantry and asked our chippies not to install shelves which hubby will use in his man shed. We are using bunnings products for this. I also got the electrician to add a couple of power point in there when he come out. Planing a timber work bench and pigeon hole storage Re: The Jeffery Pad - Coral Homes - QLD 430Jun 25, 2017 6:46 pm Kitchen looks great, what colour are the cabinets? I was playing around with the PAX planner last night and we have a few options we are thinking of, did your plan have a corner unit in it? Absolute bargain you got there especially with the voucher. We went with Asphalt for the Kitchen with Ice Snow Tops (40m Upgrade and 1 water fall side, plus 40m upgrade on back bench also), The bathrooms have White Cabinets with Urban Tops. Anyone is Welcome to use my account to make your purchase if you want let me know your email and I can email a copy of the barcode. The special ends 30th June!! I did have the corner unit at first but it had to sit forward from the corner and left a massive gap behind. I lost so much space so I re deigned it. I have just upload some pics Re: The Jeffery Pad - Coral Homes - QLD 433Jun 25, 2017 7:14 pm Hey Bribie. Thanks for the ikea tip. Thanks Shell, I just hope the darker color don't show finger marks, but I love it and cant wait to see it all in with gas cooker and range hood. I just went with a white wave splash tile Re: The Jeffery Pad - Coral Homes - QLD 436Jun 25, 2017 7:22 pm dougang287 IKEA such a great idea. And I must learn how to fold clothes to make them look nice! Haha me also!! Hubby is like great another spot for you to chuck baskets of unfolded clothes lol.... Our Master also has a double mirror built in so that will be his and this walk in is for me only!! His and Hers Re: The Jeffery Pad - Coral Homes - QLD 438Jun 25, 2017 7:41 pm We are decking out our WIR after handover. I tried to have a play around with the pax planner online but couldn't work it out. We are also decking out our laundry. I didn't want to pay $500 for the tub upgrade when we can do the entire laundry, including overhead cupboards for only a couple of hundred more. We shop in bulk at Costco so need the storage room lol. Re: The Jeffery Pad - Coral Homes - QLD 439Jun 25, 2017 8:57 pm Tamara1975 We are decking out our WIR after handover. I havnt worked out what im doing just yet but I want to make it a mud room also as the big shed is off it and hubby will use that door to come in and out. I will be adding a bench seat and shoe rack probably with hooks for hats and umbrellas etc. Re: The Jeffery Pad - Coral Homes - QLD 440Jun 25, 2017 9:55 pm bribiebell Tracyt That would be great!
