Might need a megaphone to call out to others down the end of the house lol Re: The Jeffery Pad - Coral Homes - QLD 263May 22, 2017 7:43 pm Tamara1975 Our last house was 28 metres and that was huge. Might need a megaphone to call out to others down the end of the house lol At least on the days that its all to much you can just hide lol Yeah that is what I am most looking forward to. Our rental isn't huge and I am someone who needs my space and quiet time. I am hiding away in our bedroom with a book a lot of the time lol. The new house will give me a study, a comfy reading chair in the master, a patio off the master, my own living area (will eventually run a business from there). No to mention an acre of land with bush at the back. Has a nice clearing for yoga and meditation Can't wait! The windows will be fixed, first GJ want to know who stuffed up - them or the supplier but wont cause any delays so that's a bonus. I'm not sure if they are finished the windows, it's one guy by himself doing them so I doubt it. I'm hoping when I go out on the weekend that all the windows are in and we have a front door Re: The Jeffery Pad - Coral Homes - QLD 273May 23, 2017 4:42 pm charlibear bribiebell charlibear Wowee door is already in? it looks fab, still kicking myself I didn't put my foot down with that one lol Are your windows in CB and did you get a result on the glass finish?? Re: The Jeffery Pad - Coral Homes - QLD 279May 28, 2017 3:37 pm Went out to the block today, my boys have been doing some work around there this weekend adding wall noggins, extending the loungroom door way, deleting the hallway cupboard wall so the WIPantry is bigger plus added insulation to the Media room to help with sound in the future. The Electrician was on site Thursday doing his bit and ducted air was roughed on friday. Next is brick and wall sheet week!! Oh nearly forgot our shed slab also went down. It should be delivered on Wednesday and installed maybe at the end of next week Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: The Jeffery Pad - Coral Homes - QLD 280May 28, 2017 5:52 pm Your place is looking fantastic! - B A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=87210 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption.
