Walking around the piping on the weekend and standing in front of my island bench I was imaging where all the rooms were and it felt very tiny but i know thats not the case. Nothing much to be honest just a couple of minor things with the framing that were missed as it was around the time of the bad storms we had and some of the acoustic batts were not done. Mitch went through the house today and spent some time on the phone with me, will be meeting up with him next week. Told him how happy we are with the build to date Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much.
