Browse Forums Building A New House Re: The Jeffery Pad - Coral Homes - QLD 381Jun 17, 2017 1:54 pm So we went out to the block today its my birthday and hubby says lets go where ever you want to go.....haha of cause i wanted just.to go out for a while...crazy i know But glad we did the shed guys were just doing the last few touches and it looks very roomy inside!! The tiles in the house I love and cant wait until the grout marks are cleaned off and we can truly appreciate them. Only part of the main floor is complete as we need to get more tiles to site. Not sure why they didnt deliver the whole lot in one hit over a week ago. The property entry is looking much better now the road base is down and worth the $500 to not.have further delays. Don't you love walking into your home and seeing were the sun comes in and the breezes come in. Can I ask the dimensions of your garage and the cost if you don't mind hubby and I are thinking of building a brick one to match the house but I think it might break us Coral homes Modified Stradbroke 29 weeks Milestone coral homes modified stradebroke 32 Re: The Jeffery Pad - Coral Homes - QLD 395Jun 17, 2017 9:19 pm bribiebell aloenyx Seems coral is feeling very defensive in general (though looking at their work... not surprised!) Glad your liking the tiles I think they look pretty good. I know we will have a few wall touch ups already and some external bricks need fixing. I hope this gets done before paint otherwise its just double handling. The bricks the ss brought to our attention so hopefully he gets onto this weeks before pci!! Thanks I think they will come up good, cant wait to see them tomorrow What's wrong with your bricks? We have quite a few that are marked/damaged and have escalated it, just waiting to hear back on them. Happy birthday and your tiles are looking awesome, ours still need finishing. Just the way they are cut finished on the roof line. I will take pics next time im out there and show you. Mitch brought it up with us. Our bricks do need a clean from when they wiped over them. Who does that Coral or us?? Re: The Jeffery Pad - Coral Homes - QLD 397Jun 18, 2017 7:15 am Milestone Happy birthday. We went with Titan because the quality was better over Tough Built whos walls sag due to the span (hubby noticed when he checked out their display). Titan have stud wall frames and it actually gives more space inside.... now that hubby has just justified his spending lol.... it cost $26,500.00 which included shed slab, coucil fees plus council relaxation. After Coral cut for house slab we needed to build up the shed area before they did the slab so that cost us more. The size is 7.6mtr x 12mtr with 3 mtrs walls It is 4 bay, Price included 4 roller doors, 2 with remotes. Re: The Jeffery Pad - Coral Homes - QLD 399Jun 18, 2017 9:18 am I would have thought that gets hidden with the fibre sheeting when they do the eaves but he knows his stuff and is onto everything which is awesome. When we were renting in a new estate we noticed the builders come back and acid wash the darker bricks, cleans them up nicely. Don't think ours will be done as it's a lighter brick, how's your mortar looking? Hard to tell how white ours is as it's against a lighter brick, starting to think it's more a beige colour.
