Re: Carlisle Homes - Claremont 35 12Feb 24, 2017 8:34 am Finally i have stopped changing my colors after contract. I should admit carlisle guys are very patient when it comes to this. Did it happen to everyone aboute changing colors after selection or its just me? The only color i am worried about is wall color. Has anyone used mt aspiring before?? So the outlook will look like this just picked every thing except my feature tile is light grey intead of ivory. Love your coloyrs Re: Carlisle Homes - Claremont 35 14Mar 14, 2017 9:05 am Hi Guys just wanted to know. on final drawing if the builder made a mistake and i found some things missing that i added and chose colors for, though they were not on the final contract i signed, do they add them at my cost or they have to rectify since it's their error? Just worried cause these were deleted on the contract i signed but not at my consent. There are just too many things to remember:( Re: Carlisle Homes - Claremont 35 15Mar 14, 2017 10:29 am Hi Nataly, We made around 7 - 8 changes after our contract was signed. We weren't charged any Post Contract Variation fee. Not even once. I guess that $500 fee is just to avert customers, changing their minds at the last minute. Having said that, technically they can so just depends on your CLE. Something to keep in mind, however, is that if you are getting a loan, the bank will only lend you the agreed % based on the contracted amount. All post contract variations would have to come out of pocket...if that makes sense.... But as long as it's put in together with your contract. I still haven't put my contract into the bank. As his waiting for the variations. M been taking a long time to get it all organised. We added over 34 variations. After contract. Re: Carlisle Homes - Claremont 35 20Apr 03, 2017 12:03 pm Doulton777 Kanban85 Hi Nataly, We made around 7 - 8 changes after our contract was signed. Having said that, builder has been really flexible with this. yeah M can be a bit slow we have been with them before but result if fabulous. Hopefully will be all sorted soon. We were lucky in that our old house was so small (86 square metres) compared to the new house, they were able to take enough readings around the old backyard house before… 8 36911 Hello, Whats peoples current experience building with Carlisle, specifically in SouthEast Melbourne?
