Change of mind after colour selection

Anyone had success making changes after a colour selection. We completed our colour selection a few weeks ago with burbank and aren't happy with our tiles. We would really like to change them. I spoke to our Burbank consultant was told thatvit impossible however dhe was going to discuss with the manager. Hopefully we have some luck
