The builder has asked that I send through a list of all identified issues, but I'm no builder and this is my first (and hopefully last) ever new build, so I'm not entirely sure what I should be looking for. Some things are relatively obvious, like any cracks in the walls (if I can even see them given it's a two storey home and the second floor exterior is therefore hard to see), but I'm really not sure what else I should be looking for and reporting to the builder. Is anyone aware of an online checklist or guide for 12 month warranty inspections?
