Regret not getting it as the house gets squeaky with the wooden subfloors. It definetly will reduce the noise from the kids upstairs. But apparently it happens with hebel flooring too. And it’s harder for plumbers and electricians to drill through. I must have missed it but what was the issue? Wrong colour? When they grouted the tiles it was the correct colour, during the course of the build they didn't protect it and plaster etc got suck to the grout and made it white. Not much happening here. M just changed our front door. We finally put the Samsung fingerprint door handle lock on there. Haven’t done anything to the garden yet.
