Great work Thanks Mt.view. I was off the site for a while as well during the last 2 months of the build. How's your build going? Ended up ditching M for a local builder. but things are going well now. just got slab and lower frame down~. Re: My KDR Metricon Hampshire - Liberty - 45 Melb 1584May 02, 2018 11:43 pm Guys does anyone have any ideas for a see through fence? We are not allowed to have a fence at the front between the neighbours house and ours unless it’s see through. I need a contempo one to match the front? Also is epoxy easy too do? Hubby wants to make it ourselves? viewtopic.php?t=86597 Re: My KDR Metricon Hampshire - Liberty - 45 Melb 1585May 03, 2018 12:23 am Mt.view Renman Mt.view havent been on forum for a while. great to see your build has progress this beautifully. Curious to hear your view and experience on the local builder. Has to be completely see through. Sometimes I hate these new estates. And their stupid developers requirements. I mean really are they going to pay my mortgage? I mean if they did then fair enough have a say lol. viewtopic.php?t=86597 Re: My KDR Metricon Hampshire - Liberty - 45 Melb 1588May 03, 2018 8:02 am Doulton777 Guys does anyone have any ideas for a see through fence? It can be an interesting product to with with, and expensive to boot. The concern I'd have with expoxy is maintaining it (keeping it clean). Same goes for glass and any other solid transparent material. Can you do a blade fence? They can look awesome if the spacing is right, can be metal or wood, and are easy to DIY with basic tools. Something like this is $80 USD/panel on Alibaba, and are pretty well made for the money Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Our Bayside KDR Thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=78298 Re: My KDR Metricon Hampshire - Liberty - 45 Melb 1589May 03, 2018 8:52 am Drew01 Doulton777 Guys does anyone have any ideas for a see through fence? Going to find out if we can do something like that. We saw that at Bunnings actually. Hubby was saying how about this? But it was in a fake looking wood colour. The concreter is the one that told us just do epoxy yourself. It’s so easy he said just get this stuff from Bunnings. It’s expensive to buy. But it’s cheaper then getting a pro to do it. They wanna charge like $3500. I just want it done right. If hubby can’t do it easily we might need to get someone in. We want to make garage a man cave. Not use it for cars. We have to many older kids. Planning on decking it out with billiard tables and gaming. viewtopic.php?t=86597 Re: My KDR Metricon Hampshire - Liberty - 45 Melb 1590May 03, 2018 6:09 pm Re: My KDR Metricon Hampshire - Liberty - 45 Melb 1591May 03, 2018 6:10 pm Wow that's cool as!
