I could save some money if I managed the project myself and get sub contractors to do the work.
If you can do it yourself. That would help towards the pricing. Hope it all works out for you.

So scary, that would ruin me if I had a bill like that after my build. We decreased the size of the opening between the family and rumpus rooms at our place from 450mm to 900mm ... 450mm is just a challenge for kids to accept when chasing each other, and means you can't put a couch up against that wall... Re: My KDR Metricon Hampshire - Liberty - 45 Melb 1654May 19, 2018 7:44 pm We have visited this display a few times as it is the exact floor plan we are building. Decreased? The sizes you mention increase.... are you referring to the ‘hole in the wall b/w family and rumpus? - that’s the technical term for it lol! I just realised it isn’t shown on standard plans, so not sure now if it’s a standard feature. I too am at admin stage and looking at customising a Hampshire. I have thought about the 3m ceilings and looking at your photos it does look like a worthwhile upgrade. I am about to ask what is the upgrade cost? Are you able to tell me what I’d be looking at and what else needs to be upgraded. Does the price include increased heights of cabinets? Thanks and love those drone shots We were lucky in that our old house was so small (86 square metres) compared to the new house, they were able to take enough readings around the old backyard house before… 8 37142 The biggest challenge will be if you take out a loan and then run out of money - you'll have an incomplete security and lenders do not like this so you can get stuck.… 2 19097 Hi, I am looking into doing a KDR in Melbourne and am contemplating using Kialla Homes. I am looking for feedback on them from others who have built with them. 0 13443 |
