On the week that the World Cup and Wimbledon is on, none of my 3 TV antenna points on the house is working. Our Actron system is quite noisy, I have it placed outside the dining room and you can hear the humming of the fan noise from the kitchen. I can see this will be an issue when having dinner and hearing the noise. Anyone else having a similar issue? I can see this will be an issue when having dinner and hearing the noise. Anyone else having a similar issue? They do that because it’s easy since it’s just a straight pipe up from condenser to the roof for the fan. The best spot is near the garage usually but the pathway for the condenser pipe is much more involved. My aircon guy tried to screw me by suggesting that I have my condenser near the dining as well contrary to plan. My SS basically told him stick to plan (condenser back of garage) so they had to do a lot of rework. Re: My KDR Metricon Hampshire - Liberty - 45 Melb 1803Jul 04, 2018 10:15 am Damn! Maybe just climb into the roof and have a quick look. Maybe the antenna guy just didn't plug the main into the switch. Sux either way, that it wasn't done right the first time. We moved it from between sitting and family rooms (where M put it initially) to keep it away from backyard area. Our unit is Fujitsu, that's what they're supplying here. His been getting tradies to call me. So many of them have rang me soon as he got on their backs. He said it makes him look bad when they don’t even call to make a time. I told him don’t worry we know what your like. He said thank you. He was grateful for that. That we didn’t think it was him slacking off. How much do you hear that now days? Anyone being concerned that it makes them look bad? We need more ss like this guy. Who cares about his rep. viewtopic.php?t=86597 Re: My KDR Metricon Hampshire - Liberty - 45 Melb 1815Jul 05, 2018 10:39 pm Doulton777 Still pretty happy with my ss. My SM is on leave from now until 3 days before my customer presentation which is a pain because now we can’t make sure certain things are done before it. At least even after handover we should still be able to get a hold of him since he’s building another house on my street and that one has only just had site cut so he’ll be around for awhile. Wow really? That’s ridiculous he should make the effort to do your walk thru. How close are you too handover? When my ss went on leave for one week. He felt so bad cos it was so close to our handover. But he said he booked it a year ago. As it was for his mothers birthday. She must live in another state. He then gave his boss our number to keep in contact with us. Which didn’t make a difference anyway as the creaking needed to be redone anyway which delayed it longer. But he was spewing about the timing. Cos he really wanted us to get handover. viewtopic.php?t=86597 Re: My KDR Metricon Hampshire - Liberty - 45 Melb 1817Jul 06, 2018 8:06 am Doulton777 Renman NedY Our aircon outdoor unit is under the stair window.
