They had $15K allocated for our place. We got it credited back as we are doing floorboard post handover. Oh cool so that makes a lot more sense. So the $25k upgrade atm is just for the wet areas correct? We had provision for Floor to Ceiling tiles and a second provision for Tile Upgrade. Just so happens that our tiles estimates came up to $25K. Re: My KDR Metricon Hampshire - Liberty - 45 Melb 124Feb 07, 2017 2:15 pm Yup, we went through the same thing. Floor to Ceiling 600x600 tiles so expensive with M!!!! (Assuming you are getting warm lights..) Metricon Liberty 45, Ryde NSW viewtopic.php?t=82846 We decided to go with the black with the same wall tiles as the Hampshire. Does it cost anything? Abolishing the gas didn't cost me anything but the electrical will. We had to get the tenant out before anything can be done. I sent the request almost 3 weeks ago, emailed for an update last week and I've still heard nothing back. I'm with Ausnet. We were lucky in that our old house was so small (86 square metres) compared to the new house, they were able to take enough readings around the old backyard house before… 8 38035 The biggest challenge will be if you take out a loan and then run out of money - you'll have an incomplete security and lenders do not like this so you can get stuck.… 2 19679 Hi, I am looking into doing a KDR in Melbourne and am contemplating using Kialla Homes. I am looking for feedback on them from others who have built with them. 0 13951 |
