I don't know about what saw should be used, but I'm sure its fair to want the lines to be neat and straight.

I also wouldn't expect to pay for the tap when someone else damaged it.

Oh my gosh!!!! I haven’t been on homeone a lot lately and my alerts aren’t coming through. I’ve just caught up on all of the awful drama that you’ve been going through. You poor thing!! I just don’t understand why tradies don’t have pride in their work and why they want to risk doing a poor job/coming back and destroying your fence and risking a bad name and bad feedback. They think they can use that kind of carry on as a threat to try and scare you. My driveway Concreter was the same. They are nothing but pathetic bullies.

It’s all going to be so beautiful in the end but just like my build dramas it might take a while now to relax and enjoy it. But it will happen- it’s going to be sensational and this will all be a distant memory soon

Looking good Renman. Hopefully your landscaper issues have been sorted. My landscaper used a hand grinder to cut the bluestone pavers also. I wouldn't have a problem with it as long as the end result looks good.

Have been following this thread as we are considering the Hampshire as a possibility or going custom. I was told by the Metricon Sales guy that they couldn't do insulation between the floors... unless you got the Hebel powerfloor. Is that what you went for? If you don't mind me asking how much was the cost to add insulation between floors?

It's costing us $4,361 for R2.5 acoustic-therm batts. Our place is 51sq instead of the standard 45.

We asked for hebel powerful and it was way too expensive and also increased the height of our house even more.

What area are you building in?

Thanks shokel1975. The photo doesn't show the ongoing issue with the landscaper with DBDRV and future VCAT meetings.

In the meantime let's hope the cracks and damages doesn't get any worst.

Yes they open upwards and inwards. A special hinge was developed to cater for the metal and wrought-iron materials.
