Our builder has Hi db33 Yes they have all been installed, this was all completed before registration of the blocks. Going well, usual dramas of going through a new build. Just wanted to get your thoughts on the community title clauses and quarterly fees that are required to be paid. Our contract also makes mention of paying a bond the vegetation management plan. Seems to be a lot of outlays on top of the land and build. On the flip side, there are some great views rom higher up the estate.
