Re: Anyone building in Jordan Springs East? 478Jun 29, 2017 12:30 pm JS east 1I Has anyone in JS east stage1 near to start their construction ? Hey congratulations on the settlement. We too have settled yesterday. Not sure about the security deposit, I haven't checked our adjustment sheet yet. I spoke with our builder champion homes and they said they have ordered contours which takes about 2 weeks then someone will put them on plan and at that stage they will know if the plans are to be sent to council or a private third part (forgot name). Council takes longer than the other one apparently. Re: Anyone building in Jordan Springs East? 479Jun 29, 2017 12:32 pm JS east 1I I had my settlement yesterday... all good.. There was a security deposit $2500 included in the settlement is it refundable? will lendlease refund the amount in later stages ? This amount is refundable by LL. There will be an inspection by LL within 3 months after construction. They will check for the completion of landscaping etc and will return the bond.
