I told them their frequency of updating their buyers is really poor. It's becoming a bit of a joke. Re: Anyone building in Jordan Springs East? 127Apr 12, 2017 12:19 pm This is really frustrating.. we contacted our solicitor to check for on selling options because this is taking really really long.. we would rather go for something ready to move or almost finished. I am on maternity leave and because is this delay bank doesn't look very happy and has said that if they have to renew pre approval for the third tome then there could be a problem. All this is getting so stressful.. if the registration happened on time then house would have been ready to move by now. We are on single income because I am on leave and thanks to lend lease delays.. we'll have to pay rent.. and loan instalments during this period.. very disappointed Re: Anyone building in Jordan Springs East? 128Apr 12, 2017 12:29 pm yer there is not much we can do about it, we just have to keep waiting, we are in the same vote as we to are paying rent. it will cost us over $10000 for the delay. and all lend lease can say is its not there fault. Re: Anyone building in Jordan Springs East? 129Apr 12, 2017 12:34 pm Yep same boat! Paying rent and waiting for our build to be done so we can hope to start a family. It really does mean more to people than just impatience...hopefully interest rates don't increase either! I'm pretty sure our build tender will increase as well due to the quarterly build increases too. The lady I spoke to sounded like a broken record! Good luck everyone. Fingers crossed that stage 1 registers soon for you. Re: Anyone building in Jordan Springs East? 130Apr 12, 2017 3:15 pm due to delays with registration I have postponed to sign building contract. At this moment I have finalized Domaine Homes and Eden Brae homes. I guess Domaine homes giving 15K cheaper than other builders , is any one sign contract with domaine homes and any thoughts please, please share your experience Re: Anyone building in Jordan Springs East? 131Apr 12, 2017 4:54 pm Stage 1 was meant to be ready back in November. Well thats what they told us when we purchased our house and land package back in September. Due to all these delays our tender has expired and are now subject to tender extension fees of $950 a month. If it started back when it was meant to we would almost be in by now. And not to mention lendleases poor excuses of saying they did us a favour by delaying it over christmas, they have just delayed it month after month since. Way beyond a joke now. Re: Anyone building in Jordan Springs East? 133Apr 12, 2017 7:44 pm Our solicitor is out of office abd said that she'll check with land authorities and will get back next week Re: Anyone building in Jordan Springs East? 134Apr 13, 2017 11:59 am Hi Everyone, Just know I rang to lend lease people, valuation will happen from 28th April Stage A-D or other stages as well in same time . They told me that shortly they will send email confirmation either today or next week. Re: Anyone building in Jordan Springs East? 135Apr 13, 2017 2:16 pm Hi Everyone, new to the forum. Re: Anyone building in Jordan Springs East? 137Apr 13, 2017 3:23 pm 1sthomenewhome Hi Everyone, new to the forum. We have purchased h&l with Eden Brae (EBH) in Stage 2. We have been told by EBH that our land registration is not expected til August 2017. We are lot 2182. Yes I think Stage 2A-C register first then the remaining sections of Stage 2. But we're not holding our breaths anytime soon. We can see stage 2 from our current area when we go for a walk and it looks like a mess out there, looks far off from completion.
