Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jan 03, 2017 3:31 pm We are looking to build an investment property (going for standard 4 bed/ 2 bath/ 2 car with single story) and are currently comparing builders. Hudson Homes have come up as a good prospect, but I'm finding it difficult to get pricing information out of them. I know the question is difficult to give a simple answer to, but is anyone building a Hudson and could offer some info about their own choice of design, inclusions and the subsequent price, or does anyone maybe even have price lists (if they exist)? Even after contacting them and discussing options, the person in the sales office just wouldn't talk figures unless we went in. Even info about the general difference in price between H1 and H2 etc. would help. We've obtained price lists from other comparable builders (Allworth, Beechwood and Coral ect.) and just want to rule them in or out. It will be Lake Macquarie Council). Thanks Re: Hudson Homes - Pricing information difficult to get? 2Jan 03, 2017 5:19 pm We are building with hudson homes Re: Hudson Homes - Pricing information difficult to get? 3Jan 03, 2017 5:19 pm So far its good, the h1 to h2 price difference is around 30k 0 4972 We are at the stage on our build in Kilcoy, Queensland where we need to get our fencing installed but we cant get any contact details for our neighbours to give them… 0 6145 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 1767 |
