hello everyone, i am new in this forum and hopefully someone can give me some advice in this matter, i am building my house in south east melbourne, the soil test come up as a high reactive soil class p, the slab has been designed by a engineer with 2.5 mts deep bored piers. the buider( well know homes builder in melbourne) has not follow the engineer recomendation in keep the good site drainage wile construction, few days ago we had a big storm in melbourne and in the garage area ( 0 boundary) were flooded and water were pored against to the slab in that section, i will try to upload pics, so today i went to visit the site and there is a crack approx 2.5 mts long in the top of the garage (top of Lentil) (bricks with veneer) i realized that is not a full brick(the very top one) it looks like in is only 1/3 of the brick and it is covered with the roof flashing, please i would really appreciate some recommendation in this matter, thanks in advance
