We are around a week behind you and have an estimated handover date of the 20th Sep. Very exciting! Love your kitchen tap (we have the same but haven't seen one apart from in the catalogue at our colours appointment. There is still a lot to do at ours. Trying to get a plan of action from our SS but he hasn't responded yet. This was the first time seeing our tap too! Like you we were just shown a picture in a catalogue so it was nice to be able to see it in real life! You're getting close too! The tap looks bigger than I was expecting which is good Our benches go in tomorrow so the tap will hopefully be the day after that Re: First home, Coral Homes, Santorini 25mkII 183Aug 22, 2017 7:40 am Looks amazeballs!!! Can't believe you have PCI next week Lovely white walls you have So close now lovely!! Re: First home, Coral Homes, Santorini 25mkII 184Aug 26, 2017 2:45 pm House is clean! Carpet guys were in there working away. We were told by ss on thursday that we need a retaining wall down the side before he can give us the occupational certificate, we were told at the start by a different ss that we didn't need one so went down today to measure it all up. PCI Thursday 1pm! Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: First home, Coral Homes, Santorini 25mkII 185Aug 26, 2017 5:04 pm Looks awesome! Breaks up all the white, just saw that and thought maybe I should have chose something like that Ahh frustrating about the retaining wall Haha it's funny you say that as the first time I saw it I was like hmmm maybe I should of gone white! But I love it now seeing it all finished, definitely breaks up all the white, seeing as our floor tiles are almost white. Re: First home, Coral Homes, Santorini 25mkII 193Aug 31, 2017 3:34 pm PCI is done! Nothing major, just a few paint touch ups. Mainly where other people have banged into the wall. One section of the gutter had a ding in it, couple of window sills had scratches and our oven was on a lean. Handover is looking to be around the 14th Didn't take many photos at all! Wow serious! No this is just standard. If you're close to the gold coast I recommend going to the my choice showroom, they can show you all the options of what's included for elegance and designer and what's an upgrade etc Re: First home, Coral Homes, Santorini 25mkII 198Aug 31, 2017 9:04 pm Wow looks great ! So exciting not long to go Re: First home, Coral Homes, Santorini 25mkII 199Sep 02, 2017 9:07 pm Driveway is in! Garage door is finally on after they installed it at the wrong house, (coral build a few houses down) and temporary fence is down. They need to paint above the garage door monument, not white like it is. Retaining wall started today, dad just needs to finish it off tomorrow as hubby is at work (on his first Father's Day ☹️) Just can't wait to move in! Was so nice just spending time out there today, hopefully only 2 weeks to go! So ask… 1 4338 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13771 11 41622 |
