Does anyone know what might come next? I've just started maternity leave and we only live 1.5kms away so I'm doing my best not to go down there every day! Hoping I can keep it at once a week. Didn't think much would happen this week with the rain either. If u have a waffle pod slab white styrofoam type blocks will be delivered. Good luck staying away i can't, i go past everyday! Congrats on your maternity leave, is this your first bub? Re: First home, Coral Homes, Santorini 25mkII 65Mar 10, 2017 7:51 am Nope! All the stuff for the slab is there like the foam things etc, they were delivered on Tuesday and nothing has been done since. Bit annoying really when they have claimed a week of rain days and then when it's sunny nothing is being done! Hopefully next week Re: First home, Coral Homes, Santorini 25mkII 66Mar 10, 2017 8:15 am Jessiej Nope! It seemed to take ages for us to get to frames up and then the progress since has been great. Lots of builds happening, we got a new ss for our area as the coffs one had 37 builds from macksville to grafton! Fingers crossed things happen soon. Re: First home, Coral Homes, Santorini 25mkII 69Mar 19, 2017 8:02 pm No I don't think so, don't even think it's formed!! We had our baby on Wednesday so haven't been down there to see anything since last week. Hoping for some sunny days this week Re: First home, Coral Homes, Santorini 25mkII 73Mar 22, 2017 5:06 pm So get a phone call off the ss to say our slab has been poured today! Awesome news, go for a drive around there and no slab. It's been formed up but it certainly has not been poured! Hopefully tomorrow and of course they have already billed us Re: First home, Coral Homes, Santorini 25mkII 74Mar 22, 2017 6:12 pm Jessiej So get a phone call off the ss to say our slab has been poured today! So ask… 1 4358 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck.
