Wow looking good! Looks like they are powering through it all! Re: Henley Electra 2016/2017 build 70May 12, 2017 10:06 pm Your home is looking amazing. Just a question, how are you getting into your home to see various stages of your home. I would like to do the same when we build the Electra. Really loving what you are posting up. Sometimes you can't get in, but I've found mostly I can. We are also thinking of doing our flooring after handover. How much cheaper have you found flooring to be after handover compared to what Henley is offering? We were quoted about $12k through Henley. Thanks!! Re: Henley Electra 2016/2017 build 76May 16, 2017 10:03 pm Nushani88 Hi Cameron2608 My husband and I are also building the Electra. We are also thinking of doing our flooring after handover. How much cheaper have you found flooring to be after handover compared to what Henley is offering? We were quoted about $12k through Henley. Thanks!! Our flooring is just under $12k. The quality is much better than the Henley stuff. We got good underlay, good laminate timber flooring and good carpet. You get to choose whatever you want from anywhere, I would not recommend using Henley for flooring. I was told by the people at Henley to do it externally. I got it included on our bank loan as well. Re: Henley Electra 2016/2017 build 78May 18, 2017 10:40 pm Kitchen and laundry handles installed today. Unfortunately they installed the wrong handles in the ensuite and bathroom so I will upload pictures when they replace them. Bench tops apparently being installed tomorrow. Painting also meant to be starting soon. Render is also yet to start but should be soon. We are also thinking of that but thought I'll check the cost with you. TIA.
