Greys and silvers are both industrial and coastal, Pale grey cupboards, and white-ish bench tops are a good place to start. There are some round 'porthole' style pendants in brushed silver that also look both industrial and coastal. Pallete neutral, and bring colour in with knick knacks or barstools etc. Brushed silver antiqued/blackened knobs and pulls also cross both those style lines. look at cupboard profiles until you find something you both like.
