Newenham, Mount Barker

Hey! We signed up for a parcel of land at Newenham on the weekend and I was wondering if anyone else on here is building there? As far as I'm aware the first roads should be finished early in the new year so it would be interesting to compare footing prices as peoples reports come back!

Hey Tomcat, we have also signed for our bit of land in Newenham. Lot 20 is ours. Waiting for the roads to be completed so we can have a closer look. All the best with your build.
