Re: First Home- Coral Homes- Modified Grange 23 142May 20, 2017 11:34 am Thanks Everyone!! If I have everything straight in my head we still need the following: ---Colour Selection Variations ---Landscape & Fencing Plan (Almost done) ---Clipsal Plan (29/05/17) ---Covenant Approval ---200mm Retaining Walls (seriously!) ---Authority to Commence Letter ---Neighbour Permission for Build to Boundary wall. Will be so glad when all the admin is done. Re: First Home- Coral Homes- Modified Grange 23 143May 20, 2017 11:39 am charlibear Gorgeous!!! Love the Raven bench tops!! We will have them in our bathrooms, that's what I'm most excited for wasn't brave enough to have it in the kitchen GJ Gardner Modified Coolum 277 http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?t=83643 Thanks Chalibear! We feel there was no other option to go with our colour scheme. We wanted something bold and nearly stayed with the basic range for cost reasons. We have to organise an engineer to look at it. We're hoping that now that each block either side of us have started their build it would have changed. Re: First Home- Coral Homes- Modified Grange 23 154Jun 02, 2017 3:35 pm List is getting smaller! On the downside taking the early phone appointment for clipsal and having the hubby do it alone wasn't a good idea. Emails back and forward since Monday and it's still not right! Should have waited for a face to face when I was home and not travelling for work.
