On top of this we were invoiced and paid for the fixing stage 12 days ago despite the tiles in the wet area not being finished. Wish we had of checked before sending for payment. I can deal with no work completed for one week, but I am extremely angry that we have now paid interest on work which is not completed. We escalated our concerns about the fridge bay drainage and hallway cupboard last week. I'll be adding this to the list when we talk to them tomorrow. We received this update and all our questions have been aswered. Most issues will be fixed this week. *We will check on Saturday just to make sure. Third week of November puts us finishing almost exactly 1 year after we paid the deposit on our land! It was horrible..... we got to tender, and the first cut was 50% over our budget which "they care such about meeting ". We… 18 27268 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4335 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13769 |
