Unfortunately, they have told us they won't/can't do a zero coarse slab for the alfresco. Of course we can get it done later, but it's much much easier (and probably cheaper) to get it done when the house slab is getting poured. Plus it means we can get the tiler to do the main house and alfresconat the same time. Has any one done this? Particularly with HGWA? Should we be pushing back?
