Building A New House
Dec 10, 2016 5:46 pm
We are in the initial stages of picking a builder to build a custom home for us on a sloping site.
The designer at Beechwood has given us a great design and believes we can get the size we want within our Budget as long as we are not extravagant with finishes.
I actually really like the attitude of the designer - but possibly because they are not a big builder (I think build about 20 homes a year) - I have not found a huge amount of reviews on them.
I would love some genuine feedback from people who have built with them - the good the bad and the ugly.
I would love in particular feedback about quality and how close the quote price was to the finished build cost.
All help extremely appreciated.
I would rather not shop around for a builder - just want to find one I can trust and go with them.
Hopefully someone with information posts!
Thanking anyone in anticipation
