Yes, my kitchen, laundry and bathroom cupboards are all in, but I would have also expected that with only 5% left to pay after this that my flooring (tiles and carpet), plumbing (ie sinks) and lighting would have all been done before this payment. Is there a detailed listing of what should be considered first and second fix anywhere? Sorry if this has been asked/answered before, I tried searching....
