We have came across a 26sq house for $105 000 (hardiplank). It doesn't include a slab or floor coverings or bearers & joists. We may use bricks. What would be ball park figure to get a slab laid & to have it built. Too hard to say without seeing the site it has to be built on. I am not sure whether Perth has its own way of doing things in regards to this. Most of Perth has class A (sandy soil), except for some areas near rivers or hills. 2 13107 Looking to tile the facade pillars rather than rendering.
