It was clearly written in the master plan ' provide brickwork' above garage door opening (unless noted otherwise)' and it was nowhere stated otherwise. My SC added this and it looks by mistake. I looked at Aspire facade there it was stated FC Sheet which means no brick infill. 2. Island Bench(IB) increase width - there are two tiers here. Bench length is standard 3300mm. When we need a bigger Bench Top (Ces Stone) we need to increase the size of the bench on which the BT sits. Here we need to increase the bench size either upto 1100mm (1st tier costs $390) or upto 1350mm (2nd tier costs $1,090). I understood that some SC are picking up the second one whenever we say I want a 1300x3000 Island. However, for this size if you want a overhang it is enough to increase bench width upto 1100 since overhand would be at least 200mm. Here we can avoid a rip off $700. Can you ask for a credit here for unnecessarily charging $700? Re: Glendale LE - Brick infill 2Nov 16, 2016 8:00 pm Hmm... I'm with a custom builder, so not sure about your exact builder. My garage came with brick infill standard (yay!) I paid $1800 to upgrade the rest of the house to brick infill, definitely worth it!! Looks so much better. yep you need a joint, foam is easiest, will look fine once rendered with a joint. 2 5240 2 8361 I should have followed up on this thread. So, the pier foundation wasn't large enough on the side it was leaning towards, and the NBN cable went through the pier, just… 8 12127 |
