Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 13, 2016 4:50 am Hi fellow new home builders, just wondering what everyone's experiences have been for registering of land in newly developed areas such as Riverstone and Schofields? We have land currently being developed, with the civil works due to be completed end of December. The developer has advised the land should be registered by February, however I am skeptical of this. Anyone recently gone or going through registration know how long the land takes to register with the land and titles office?
