Hi fellow new home builders, just wondering what everyone's experiences have been for registering of land in newly developed areas such as Riverstone and Schofields?
We have land currently being developed, with the civil works due to be completed end of December.
The developer has advised the land should be registered by February, however I am skeptical of this. Anyone recently gone or going through registration know how long the land takes to register with the land and titles office?

And do you mind to share with us where is your purchased land so we can understand how does the council rezoning plan affect the actual development:
