Hooray finally our land has settled!!
Did have a slight hiccup when I received a call 1 hour prior to settlement saying that the money was sitting in the wrong account. After a quick trip to the bank (as quick as anything is with a baby and toddler in tow) everything was good to go.
Coral have already lodged our plans to council and we have received covenant approval.
Now to sit and wait........again

Wow such a long time since my last post.
We have been in our house since the end of October.
We absolutely love it and the area. Packing and unpacking hasn't been much fun and we have been busy organising decking, retaining walls, fences, window coverings, turf, driveways, NBN....the list is endless.
Our kids love all the space they have to play in now.

Melbourne. For soundproof reasons it will be RWAR (room within a room) with a floating floor. A lot of tricky angles and airtight caulked joints with no thin or weak spots…
